Ouch

Not an attractive shot of me but this was post-run when I tripped on the pavement and had a bit of a roll. Not too much damage - scrapes, bruises, and wounded pride. Mr KT says I’ve to run on the grass or he won’t let me out again.
And I’ll be writing to the council about the state of the footpath. And road, while I’m at it.
