Royal Yacht Britannia

After 44 years of service The Royal Yacht Britannia was decommissioned in 1997 and became a tourist attraction in Leith, Edinburgh.
Today I was treated to a visit by my best friend who lives in Edinburgh. It was lovely to back onboard a ship (cruising is my favourite type of holiday) even though this one was not sailing anywhere! A nice day out nevertheless.
