Waitressing

Today my girl worked super hard serving (in a literal sense today!) the platinum members of our local community, both from our church and the wider community, as they celebrated the Jubilee with afternoon tea. I had a lovely message to say how hard she'd worked and how well she'd engaged with all the guests. She and friends loved wearing their little pinnies that I made them, together with amazing handmade jubilee acceosries from Mrs Pinks Sewing Basket.

She spent the rest of the afternoon at Lydia's before scooting home to turkey dinosaurs for late tea. She was thoroughly delighted. She had a soak in the tub, reading for a while before spending some time choosing which friends are going back to school with her.
