Clay Triple-lines?

I came across this moth in the garden this afternoon.  I am not sure about its identification but the closest resemblance I can find in my book is Cyclophora Linearia or Clay Triple-lines.  This moth, however, is not shown as living as far north as Cumbria.  Any guidance would be appreciated.
