I have fond memories of this recipe.

Back in the annals of time it was known as Mocha Pudding and was published in a magazine, Home and Freezer Digest.

We used to make it a lot and I have tried to find it many times.

I don't know whose cousin Charlotte is but it's most certainly NOT her recipe!
