Childlike innocence

We had a luncheon after church today to welcome newcomers who've been here for about 6-12 months. It was a very pleasant time of getting to know some people that I never get to speak to because we're always putting the sound equipment away, and by the time we come up, everyone is usually gone :(

I spotted some of our friends' kids sitting on the stools after lunch and couldn't resist taking the picture. They were so happy to be filmed and even did the Chinese peace sign for me. Aren't they adorable ... not a care in the world.

Oh how I yearn to have 'not a care in the world' ... going through a little crisis at the moment which may take some time to sort out ... but yet life is good and I'm thankful for EVERYTHING!
