Big step forward

I have been very pleased with my progress today. I haven’t tied myself to just downstairs and I managed a half mile local circuit late afternoon after eldest son woke me on FaceTime to see how I was getting on. I watched some of the Jubilee celebrations, tinged with sadness as my father died unexpectedly  in 2002 on Jubilee Sunday during the football match he had been so looking forward to watch.
I managed to catch a bee on the geum late afternoon. We have had a lovely sunny day.
