Red rose

Blipped on my way back from my pottery class. I was happier with today's session as we were hand building flattish shapes created from slabs made with a roller, a bit like a mangle. There were various leaves and grasses to press into the clay. I found the previous two classes where we were using the wheel a bit alarming - everything happens so fast, especially mistakes! I was so absorbed that I completely forgot to take any photos. Hopefully I'll remember next week.
