Through the square window
We seem finally to be attracting a few birds to the garden although the initial pair of blue tits seem to have gone off in a huff when the seed feeder didn't get refilled while we were on holiday. Instead, we are getting the occasional blackbird and some wood pigeons who have now found they can get the seed from a couple of the more accessible feeders. I spotted them both down today so grabbed this shot through the window as they would have scarpered if I'd tried to open it.
A fairly unremarkable shot as an extra but I was fascinated to see that a small seedling had started to grow through a tiny pinhole in an unopened bag of compost at the end of the garden. Don't you just love a tryer?
