Ciste

The rock roses or cistes are out everywhere. They are similar to a dog rose. This morning I played tennis with the usual Friday crowd while son and family went swimming in a local lake. They were back in the afternoon and we watched the semi-final of the French open. The second set of the match between Nadal and Zverev was not even finished after three hours. This was a match of the highest quality but then the German slipped and had to be taken off the court in a wheelchair. A sad end to what was developing into an epic match. Later on we played ‘round the table’ table tennis.
