Walk in the park

My knee and back are really bothering me at the moment so no run today. Did a big shop at Sainsburys. Stocked the camper with non fresh.
Lovely walk with hubby and Hetty, lots of people sitting around in the park enjoying the sun. The squirrel was on the ground and took off up the tree, but stopped to look at me.
Popped to daughters for a coffee and picked up some treats from the bakery on way.
The little one has changed in the few days we have been away..
