Not what one wants to see

My wife and I took an elderly lady,  who is confined to a wheelchair, for a trip round the village this afternoon. We went over this bridge, beneath which the Bourne wends its way into the nearby water meadows. I was shocked to see this huge tyre that appeared to have been dumped into the river. It's very blatant as this is a busy stretch of road leading to Chobham High Street. I couldn't do anything about as I was pushing the lady back home at this stage but will notify the Council if it's still there on Monday. All this said, I thought it made quite a striking composition and worthy of a blip!
