A double day

Loads of work this morning, racing around The Valley. Hot and a bit stress, but full of good natured people.

A delicious late lunch with my boys at our favourite pool in the world, a quick swim and almost snooze while I dried off in the sun. The best unwind… Phew, that’s better.
