Sunset preceding rain . . .

Lazy day today. Woke at 4am in pain. The volterol pain relief gel was supposed to be effective for backache for 12 hours.  It only lasted from 9pm to 4am and that included taking paracetamol tablets.   

Felt like a zombie much of today.  
Fingers crossed tonight and tomorrow will be better.
