Fully loaded!!

I made a lovely cheesecake as I thought Mum was costing tomorrow. Turns out she has Covid so I will have to eat this one, with the kids help and make another for her visit in a fortnights time!!

The base of the is double chocolate cookies, popcorn and fudge pieces. The cheesecake is caramel flavoured and I’ve used marscapone for extra indulgence. It has a chocolate ganache and a chocolate factory on top!!

Mum won’t miss out entirely I also made some cupcakes which I will deliver tomorrow inbetween taking Theo to two birthday parties!!
