Proud Mama

I’m ready to go home to my own bed, a house with more space for the kids and to see Andrew. It’s been lovely staying with Anna though and we were all sad to say goodbye. Max in particular, surprised me with his love for Teddy. He hasn’t shown much excitement when he was born and during the pregnancy, whereas Anya was really excited by it all. But Max couldn’t get enough of cuddles and followed him round from feed to changing to sleeping.
Anna told me when we were home that she had gotten quite emotional when we’d left, which is not like her at all. I pointed out she’s a mummy now and it does strange things to our emotions.
Hopefully it won’t be too long before we see them again…
