The flowers in the back garden are looking so pretty.
This morning I visited friends in Hightae and really enjoyed chatting to their middle son and his partner and their daughter.
I’ve not seen them for many years. We sat in the sun and had a good laugh together.
I also picked up 13 new yoga mats that had kindly been donated by Sports Direct to help with the yoga sessions I’m starting with unpaid carers at Catherine Street inclusive Play Park. So that’s great :-)
My energy levels were low so I did not do much in the afternoon apart from washing clothes and bedding.
In the evening I visited my mum and we watched the platinum Jubilee concert . Mum was confused a lot of the time. It’s so difficult / painful seeing Mum like this. It’s a huge adjustment.
