the park (again)

so it was monday, so i went out with the boyscout (or manscout, as i call him!). we ate out first and then we went to the park because we had extra crackers from last time. we had a nice time, walking around the manmade green lake. still we can enjoy nature, regardless the semi-unnatural settings.
today we saw some baby ducks. we thought we wouldn't see any more babies for the rest of the year, but these were the late group. it really was nice to see life being anew for these animals. there's just something about seeing the "circle of life" at a beginning of a new cycle. maybe i'm just fascinated by the miracle of life (and i'm definitely not talking about the cheesy 9th grade health video). but ultimately it's God who continues to amaze me through His creation. He deserves the praise and glory for the beauty of the earth.
