Wet and cold

Today couldn’t have been more different to yesterday.  It was wet and cold most of the day and at times the rain was so heavy it was complete whiteout.  We went to LaLa Café for a brunch/lunch and managed to catch the Jazz this time - one chap on the piano and one on the double bass.  It was nice music, very low key but enjoyable.

There are 4,400 new community cases today, and the seven-day rolling average is 6,779 compared to 6,904 last Sunday. The number of people in hospital is 371, including 6 in ICU. Another 8 deaths have been reported, bringing the total number of deaths to 1,229 and the seven-day rolling average to 12.
