Bloom(s)

Bloom is the Irish equivalent of the Chelsea Flower Show. If I'm honest I was a little disappointed with the balance between plants and food. It was almost as if the plants were a sideline. But I did enjoy the day and was particularly taken with this display of Alliums. They are such a eyecatching plant. I bought a couple of bulbs together with a peony, rose and wildflower seeds. Hopefully I will post a blip of my own flowers this time next year!
