I tried

..in fact I tried quite hard to get a Jubilee-themed blip for today, but let's face it, once I'd seen this gorgeous doe peering at me in the reserve this morning nothing else was likely to come close.  Besides I have an idea that it was smaller communities (villages, estates, etc) that had the good events and Winchester is neither small enough nor big enough to feel impelled to get involved.  The best thing I saw was a knitted postbox top in Oliver's Battery, but Blip seems rather to have covered those already.
