FUN AT THE RECREATION GROUND

Martock held a Jubilee Celebration and we went down to be part of the event.

It was well attended from 16.00 but sadly after about 30 minutes the rain came down and we all shot in the marquee.

I did manage to capture this amazing bubble before the rain spoilt the proceedings .  Sadly we all got wet particularly Oscar who suffered for quite a while and we ended up wrapping him up to get warm.

Today there was a street party in the close but we decided to go to the pub for lunch knowing the rain was going to come down.  Last night we had a horrendous storm so the garden at last got it's watering the snails thought they would have supper!!

I hope the Queen has enjoyed her 70 years celebration.  We certainly did and it was great to see Paddington enjoying tea with the Queen.
