Day 4- Platinum Jubilee

Leisurely day after a full day of celebrating yesterday.

My sister came over for a roast beef lunch and then we spent the afternoon watching the pageant and final balcony greeting from the Queen. Lovely way to end the Jubilee event.

Watching the pageant, going back over the decades that the Queen has been serving for, made me a bit nostalgic and remembering times as a child - boiled eggs and soldiers for tea!
