Where else?

I think there is only one child who would think to fall asleep under the laundry basket, at the top of the stairs.  He never ceases to entertain - even when asleep! 

Our street party was postponed today because of the rain, which kind of helped us as we had too much planned for the day, only added to by a small disaster this morning of a leak in the kitchen.  Husband and I went to the parents boat to clean after the holiday (with the boys at Granny and Grandpa's for the morning), then home for yet more tidying and cleaning.  The plus side is that we have a clean and tidy house ready for the week.

Today I'm grateful for: 
Time with the husband, even if it was cleaning a boat, it was nice
Granny and Grandpa looking after the boys at relative short notice (they were 'stood down' last night, then asked again this morning when we found the leak). 
Homework done without any complaint when we got home
