Vacation day 9: Fishing boat or what ??

This boat was in the harbor of Vsrar!
What it is ?
No idea, plastic bags in different colors were hanging in the flagpole, there were garbage bags full of junk on the deck and it didn't look inviting.
I found the boat itself colorful and I am optimistic and say " this boat sails around and collects all the junk that floats around in the sea or harbor "
That would be a great initiative and that it is further there to show what kind of junk is dumped into the water.
