Sunday strolling

Met friends for a Sunday morning stroll. No hanging around allowed - a big storm was on its way. We timed our walk well. As I drove home, hailstones started bouncing off the car, followed by a biblical rain storm. The dogs were amazingly calm as we pulled over and waited for the worst to pass. An afternoon doing inside chores and checking out the damage to the veg patch was followed by dinner cooked by friends. They did an amazing job and we are very full!
