Decided a little solo out was needed.  
An early river swim, a good catch up phone  with T. 
Then on the water by 8:45am for a favourite local journey before the tourists arrive. Half a loch lap, ping flat building to enough breeze for a sail. Then a cruise down the river with just enough water to keep it interesting,  back home. 

Glad of D giving me a lift up the road for the car. Saved a hot scary bike ride dodging all the caravan and campervan tourists who can't drive rural roads going home.
