Light lunch

A nice lunch with a woman I met a year ago after lockdown ended - British and happily settled here. The plate is a more decorated (posh) version of the popular fava dish from Crete.
Unfortunately I couldn’t meet my young friend and the future is a bit uncertain - he deserves an education, not complications!
Mum will now get showering help 3 times a week and Dad will get shopping help. They already have washing and gardening support. Progress!
