Buzzing in the Park

I do not feel great today! My brain feels like it has buffering issue of the type we get when everyone in the house tries to stream something at the same time, and I feel pretty washed out. Consequently I have not done very much of anything today.

I've started reading a new book (Well, new from a charity shop!) - The Night Circus by Erin Morgenstern. It is different from my usual crime thrillers/domestic noir - type reading and I am loving it. It is so intriguing!

Brian accompanied me after lunch on a walk in the Arboretum so I could look for a blip. It was pretty overcast but the sun tried to come out and there were some bees around these unusual flowers. I managed to get a shot of one - not easy as they were only settling briefly!

I also went for a walk round Tesco. Maybe I shouldn't in my plague ridden state but most people who are plague ridden would not know that they were as there's no obligation or expectation to test any more. I did not touch anything, letting Bri load the trolley and I tried not to go near anyone - the store was not busy!

My Dad rang earlier, ostensibly to check if his phone would make outgoing calls as it is still not taking incoming ones, but I think he just wanted to chat to me and make sure I was in the land of the living still!
