...is this scene?

I swear we can see our breath it is so cold but here we are sat in a garage as the 'street' party must go on. Behind us is a lovely open plan house with central heating yet here we are sat in the garage! Some of them didn't even get to make it into the exclusive VIP garage seats and shivered under the gazebo!
