Wheatsheaf

Have tried to find out about this bollard disguised as a wheatsheaf at one entrance to the Swanfield Industrial Estate. It dates to the 1980's and you can just about see a few objects on the top that refer to the site's past uses. Love this kind of thing, but I don't know who designed this particular artwork.
