Don't Mess with Mama

Nesting activity in our backyard continues.  The mother robin has gotten very aggressive with other birds and even pecked a chipmunk yesterday.  She's currently feeding her babies who are 4 days old. 

Today the mother cardinal above was harassing the wren couple who have an established nest near the magnolia tree.  The male in the extra was warning the female in the wren house. 

We have a bunny in the backyard despite all our efforts to keep them out.  It has already topped many of my flowers, despite spraying them against deer and rabbits.  Perhaps the spray lost its effectiveness.
