Tortoiseshell Butterfly

Obligingly sitting on the clematis..
Another gloriously sunny day. I feel quite virtuous as I decided to shampoo a couple of carpets. We are guilty of carrying cups of tea and coffee up stairs and occasionally some gets spilled. With the weather being so warm I thought it would be a good time as the carpets and rugs will dry quickly.
