a hanging upside down sort of day

There are so many bees on these green alkanet flowers, you can hear the humming, they love them. Weather fine and sunny - in fact we had to go inside during the afternoon as it was so hot. And last night it was cold enough to light the woodburner for a couple of hours. The tomatoes are growing well in the greenhouse, it’s amazing how quickly they grow. I was sorting out fleece this afternoon to make a big blanket for someone. I always end up working with fleece in the summer..!
