Lifeboats ahoy

Looking for a TinyTuesday subject I came upon a couple of Mrs W’s RNLI pin badges, and after suitable negotiations I was allowed to photograph one.
 
This is a nine frame photo-stack (PS elements+), photographed on a mirror using the EOS R with the 24-105 lens and a 24mm extension tube.
 
Why is it you only notice dust etc AFTER you have produced the final jpg ?  There is (was) a microscopic hair actually in the enamel.  Easy to remove in PS, and not noticeable (or even seen) with the naked eye which is just as well as it won’t be coming out.
 
 
Shoulder Xray and a bit of shopping today.  Very annoyed when I found a Pukka Pies pasty delivered yesterday had got yesterday’s ‘Use by’ date on it – broadside to Sainsburys and our money back!!
