Squeezed
Squeezed lots of lemons today because I'm having a go at making my own preserved lemons. They are used a lot in Middle Eastern cooking and many of the recipes in Ottolenghi's cookery book call for them. Thought I'd give it a go as they are expensive in the supermarket.
