Gorse by the sea

A lovely sunny day

Some writing in the morning and in the afternoon we went for a walk on the Coastal Path from Brought Ferry to Monifieth. It was very refreshing to get out by the sea. We had tea and cake in the Bay Diner before going back along the path. A total distance of 2.6 miles - which is about the most I can manage at the moment before my knee gives me too much discomfort. Not quite the 8 miles of last year but if I can do the shorter distance two or three times a week I will be content.
