Apple Strudel

Straight from the oven.

You know, we Australians are so spoilt.  News headlines tonight refers to the exorbitant cost of lettuce.   It's the middle of winter for Pete's sake - who wants salad!  Certainly not us.  And the horror of it all - McDonald's is apparently mixing its lettuce with cabbage in an effort to cut costs.

So we had potatoes and broccoli with our chicken instead of salad. 

Followed by apple strudel straight from the oven - delicious.
