Day 2 of Skill Up was another absolutely brilliant day, minus the terrifying ceilidh!

But now it is over, for another year.

My brain is full.
My eyes are tired.
My body is screaming for a lie down.

One of the highlights of the whole weekend was seeing the incredible energy with which the delegates literally attacked our relay race warm-up this morning. Sunday mornings at Skill Up are a typically laid back, relaxed affair, but no more. We hadn't quite anticipated the blood-thirsty level of competition that would ooze out of some folk.
