Gloom

Yesterday's 23º with bright sunshine somehow became 12º with all-day rain today. 

This may be connected to me being in Scotland now, rather than Latvia. I had thought of staying away longer, and I think my ticket was flexible (ish). 

I should have.

I did what I really had to do today - laundry and ironing - but struggled in vain to motivate myself to tackle some of the less urgent tasks. 

After dinner the weather dried up, so I forced myself out for a walk in the park. The rain resumed after 5 minutes. At least I got a Blip.
