Limp Lupins

Despite the miserable and wet weather, these allotment lupins still looked wonderful this morning. Mr P and I were down for a visit, followed by a wander around the Peebles auction house. I was back in Save the Children in the afternoon working an extra shift. I got caught in a heavy downpour on the way home and was soaked through! Thankfully Mr P had cooked up another type of storm in the kitchen, including his tasty bread and a delicious rhubarb crumble made with thechimp’s rhubarb.
