Belties

Well we are in Dumfries and Galloway- so the Belties are probably allowed free rein between the counties. After a substantial breakfast we were off for 59 miles and 1200m of ascent over Leadhills and Wanlockhead. The weather was better than we’d expected, the day seems to slip by easily and the long stretch of road with no traffic (except us) due to a short resurfacing project was wonderful.
