A bit cold and wet, Ali?!

Well, it rained all through the night and continues to pour in bucket loads! I was woken in the night by the most amazing clap of thunder, it felt like the surrounding mountains shook with the force!
Unperturbed by the awful weather, we got the boat across the stunning lake maggiore to Inta and hit the outdoor market! First purchase of the day was a stunning umbrella...practical and gorgeous! Lunch at a fabulous pizzeria and then back on the boat. Made the decision that there was only one thing 4 women can do in weather like this.....shop! So we hit the most fabulous leather bag shop - and yes, I did treat myself!
The evening was spent back at the apartment drinking chilled prosecco and watching fame DVD (big disappointment!) And then we all went to be hoping that the rain might just stop?!
