Campo

The last of our guests left today. No chance of taking advantage for a lift today as the car would not be returning.

After his departure we walked down to Campo, a small “frazione” of Lenno.

Quite a bit of activity of staff coming backwards and forwards between the Campo jetty and Brandon’s villa which is just out of the picture to the right.

This area was gentrified a few years ago and the houses renovated. A three bed apartment here now costs in excess of one million euro and upwards. Don’t think I will be buying here! A ground floor apartment with garden about Euro 1.5 million. Just behind me is the villa where part of “House of Gucci” was filmed.
