Princess Train Party

It was Eden's birthday today and she asked for a princess train party. So we went on the steam train from Quorn to Rothley. Toby didn't dress up as a princess but the girls all wore their princess dresses and we joked that Tobes could have his pick of the princesses. Here he is escorting Martha off the platform!

It was a lovely day, the weather held and even a broken down return train and 1 hour delay couldn't dampen our spirits. The cake, back at Eden's, was a mammoth pink castle with four large turrets. Not only was it amazing on the outside but when it was cut there were 5 layers of sponge, all a different colour - a rainbow cake! Now that's just showing off!

Managed a ride on Lime late afternoon with Cara and Osh. Really good to catch up. Both Toby and Eva were fast asleep very quickly tonight!
