Growing a Bean Stalk ... Or...

.... A weed stalk?
My garden is full of weeds, unable to do much at all I need a gardener, but where to get one! That is the question .....
# no one wants small jobs
# I need a gardener, not a professional ,
# hedge over grown , weeds a foot High!
# need some one introduced as I've been " ripped off" in the past.
# need someone who will return , not just come once then not return.
