Up earlier than usual to go and get bloods taken. Met a friend outside and went for another short walk via the water. There is a seal sitting on the wooden platform. 
Home to phone the dietician; I am back on drink supplements as I'm not eating anything bar toast. 
Tried some more painting and some puzzles to keep the thoughts away.
