Swiftsure powers into Tenterden Town

Another good day on the KESR, bookended by frustrations. The worst possible journey to Tenterden this morning with two major jams caused by roadworks. The Tenterden road always has at least one set of traffic lights somewhere along the route.

The end of service was extended by some unplanned shunting and setting up for a whole line possession meant I was hanging around for half an hour after I was expecting to leave.

In between times the day ran smoothly with passengers throughly enjoying their day on the railway.
