Elderflowers!

I went to a meeting at Shaftesbury about the education packs for Shaftesbury Abbey - we have very nearly finished them but need to make some resources.


Finding this cloudy dull weather a bit of a dampener .
Whilst I was at Shaftesbury, P gathered elderflowers from our village lanes before they are disappeared by hedge trimming . 
There were a few more than I was expecting! 

Anyway, two batches of cordial are on the go - one made with light muscovado sugar so the colour is going to be a bit darker than normal !
