The 'Chip

Had a great day today..... H's last full day..... C, H and I went over to Byres Road in Glasgow, had a bit of lunch and a wander around up to the Kibble Palace, over to Oran Mor and back down Byres Road, stopping for coffee of course. We wandered along the lanes, visited Starry Starry Night, and several other fantastic shops and boutiques, and my blip is of one of the iconic features of the area......I photographed Alastair Gray's mural on the inside, but liked this shot quite well, so this is what you get.

Made several great purchases, H's being Dunsyre Cheese from Lanarkshire, among some other cheeses, in a fantastic cheese shop .......she wanted two pieces of a certain cheese, but they only had one left, but gave her the sample piece for nothing...... what service!

We had yet another family dinner, as H treated us all to a lovely meal at Tony Macaroni..... yes I know it is a daft name but the food is good........

......and so to bed.......
